Hi, I’m Andrea!

I am so honored you are here exploring and considering my products.

I became a functional nutritionist after life threw several curveballs my way that could only be solved naturally. Over the last 20 years, I have studied and learned firsthand the beauty of how using natural remedies and making better nutrition and lifestyle choices can encourage our body to heal itself. I am passionate about finding ways to reduce the toxic load in our bodies to support our own (and our families) brain, immune and nervous systems. We can do our part to prevent disease and illness by making small sustainable changes that have a big impact.

When I first created these products, they helped me and so many of my friends that I wanted to share them with anyone else who might need them. As I worked towards that goal, it was important to me that these products do good for others in as many ways as possible. I strive to use and offer refillable packaging, eco-friendly materials, and support causes we believe in.

Rwandan beauty touched my soul in 2015. I left a piece of my heart in that beautiful country, and ever since, I've dreamt of finding a way to give back. Still connected to a couple families I met, I know their village needs your help. With every product you order, $1 goes directly towards nourishing their communities with food and medicine, fueling their dreams and growth. 

I know the journey of motherhood firsthand. From prepping my body for a natural pregnancy to supporting it while carrying our son, and the incredible (and sometimes stressful and messy!) breastfeeding days and more– I've been there. Now, I'm off chasing a toddler, but that desire to help hasn't faded. I want to empower you to make positive and lasting changes that impact your life, just like they did mine.
