What is your shipping policy?

We ship products throughout the United States using USPS with tracking numbers and insurance included. To ensure maximum protection, we also recommend adding "Green Shipping Protection" during checkout for additional coverage. You can find more details about this optional service below. FREE shipping is offered on all orders of $50 or more.

What is Green Shipping Protection?

For just $1.25, GSP safeguards your order against loss, damage, or theft. Unlike standard USPS shipping, GSP ensures you receive a replacement if your product never arrives, gets broken in transit, or is stolen. We highly recommend adding GSP for peace of mind – especially since we, as a small business, can't be held responsible for the replacement.

What is our Satisfaction Guarantee?

We want you to absolutely love your Acorn Oaks Wellness purchase. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If something isn't quite right, we can offer you store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
