Directions: Gently apply Mama's Milk Oasis onto your breast tissue (avoiding the nipple), bottoms of feet, or back of neck, 3-5 times a day or as needed. No need to remove before breastfeeding or pumping. To avoid an excessive response, it is recommended to start with a small amount and gradually increase as needed.
